Description

You will support customers in global aviation projects as a technical point of contact for implementation and troubleshooting.

Your work includes planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems, handling 1st–2nd level incidents, and advising customers on IT solutions and requirements. You’ll also collaborate on project coordination and support commercial tasks such as quotations and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems

• Perform installations, configurations, and system adjustments

• Analyze and resolve technical issues (1st–2nd level) and document outcomes

• Coordinate with the team regarding incidents and implementation

• Provide technical consulting for customers on IT solutions and approaches

• Prepare and support system integration and infrastructure projects from Germany

• Support commercial activities such as offers, order processing, and clarifying technical questions

• Maintain professional customer contact both remotely and during international assignments

• Work closely with internal technical and commercial interfaces

Requirements

• Very good German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)

• Willingness for global travel (approx. 3–6 assignments per year)

• Live in Hamburg or nearby and be willing to work regularly on-site

• Completed IT training (ideally Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification

• Strong knowledge: Windows Server and Active Directory

• Working knowledge: Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Basic knowledge in networking

• Commercial understanding and interest in offers, order processing, and project coordination

• Service-oriented, confident, reliable, and structured working style
