Description

You will support customers in adopting the open-source privacyIDEA solution for secure user authentication and multi-factor authentication. At new customers, you lead introduction projects for privacyIDEA; at existing customers, you help implement new functions and configurations and troubleshoot issues. You will become an expert in MFA and privacyIDEA through hands-on delivery and ongoing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacyIDEA implementation projects for new customers, independently and with responsibility
• Support existing customers with new privacyIDEA features and configurations
• Diagnose and resolve issues when systems are not working as expected
• Regularly exchange project experience and status with consultants and system engineers
• Participate in international conferences or customer events

Requirements

• Good experience with Linux systems and the command line
• Interest in open source and in giving customers control over access and data
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Contact-friendly, open mindset and interest in understanding underlying relationships
• Helpful: experience with VPNs, firewalls, LDAP, Active Directory, x509, and RADIUS
