Description

Develop business-critical individual software for industry leaders at a high technical level and integrate it into complex system landscapes. Work with customers throughout the software engineering lifecycle—from planning to operations. Help shape software architecture, test strategies, and DevOps processes for on-premise or cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate custom software for complex enterprise systems

• Deliver software engineering from planning through operation with regular customer collaboration

• Design software architecture, test strategies, and DevOps processes (on-premise or cloud)

• Conduct code reviews and guide developers in agile teams

• Share knowledge through community-based technical exchange

Requirements

• Multi-year professional experience (degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics/STEM preferred, or comparable vocational training)

• Practical experience in software projects

• Ideally experience in technical leadership (estimations, scoping, planning)

• Strong knowledge of Java/Java EE and frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Experience with microservice architecture, design patterns, and test-driven development

• High quality awareness, agile mindset, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset

• Very good German and English skills
