Description

As Senior Director, Enterprise Applications, you will own the strategy, governance, and operational health of Workday and Salesforce across the organization and act as the primary accountable leader for these platforms. You will partner with business functions to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operations through your leadership team and subject matter experts, with high visibility across Group IT, P&C, and Sales. You will step into a strategic transformation initiative: the migration of financial processes and data from Workday to SAP S/4HANA, planned to go live in January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Workday and Salesforce
• Establish and chair platform governance forums to prioritize enhancements, integrations, releases, and investment decisions
• Ensure stability, performance, security, and availability through release management, testing, monitoring, and change control
• Oversee the end-to-end integration landscape across Workday, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA
• Manage strategic relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers; oversee contracts, licensing, and commercial oversight in partnership with Software Asset Management
• Own platform security and access governance (role design, segregation of duties, periodic access reviews, compliance with internal control requirements)
• Partner with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams for controls, remediation, and adherence to GDPR and other regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of platform capabilities to increase business value, operational efficiency, and user experience
