Description

The Technical Enablement function provides foundational technical capabilities, frameworks, and infrastructure to enable efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery across value streams, reducing technical friction and improving delivery resilience. The role supports continuous improvement in value stream efficiency, quality, and cost reduction through automated end-to-end testing, DevOps-oriented configuration guidance, and first-level infrastructure and tooling support.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
• Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach
• Monitor, react on, and debug failing tests
• Provide first-level technical support on infrastructure, tools and processes
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure
• Develop tools to support integrated tests

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD and PowerShell scripting
• Azure networking and related certifications
• DevOps mindset and clear belief in test driven development
• Practical experience with Azure and related technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines, Function apps, Service bus, Cosmos DB)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform)
• Ability to drive transformation, curiosity to learn about business processes
• Ability to work collaboratively, remain self-motivated, and consistently deliver results
