Team/Role Overview

The technology organization applies innovation and automation to deliver a world-class client experience. The team works with a broad range of technologies to build scalable, low-latency, high-frequency enterprise systems.

The position brings a DevOps/SRE mindset and works with Developer Services engineers to automate manual and repetitive processes, integrate AI tools, improve resiliency, support SaaS service migrations, and investigate issues while deploying best practices.

What you’ll do

• Work in an agile software development environment, developing quality, scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies.
• Work closely with developers, engineers, and non-technology employees to improve productivity through CI/CD tools.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Python, Bash, GitHub, Bitbucket, Docker, Copilot, Devin AI, Model Context Protocol, Jira, Confluence, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Participate in globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Developer Services engineers to automate manual and repetitive processes, integrate services with AI by building and maintaining Model Context Protocol servers, improve system resiliency, and coordinate service issue investigations through deployed best practices.
• Automate, configure, and tune manual activities, repetitive processes, reporting, and controls.
• Build and maintain foundational Model Context Protocol servers that enable AI models to securely interact with enterprise systems.
• Improve system resiliency, reliability, and business cost through software design, development, and streamlined processes.
• Mitigate risk by analyzing production-issue root causes, business impacts, and corrective actions.

What we’ll need from you

• Senior software development and scripting experience in Python, Shell, Bash, Java, or Go, including the ability to build Model Context Protocol servers.
• Experience with CI/CD and large enterprise technology-stack infrastructure architecture.
• Hands-on experience deploying and scaling Model Context Protocol in complex enterprise environments.
• Understanding of SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, algorithmic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, proactive attitude, and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Grafana or Splunk is an additional advantage.
