Associate Product Manager

Role focus: product support and execution for an AI Visibility Platform used in Google and AI search.

Location/Work model: remote-first; optional in-person time in Wrocław, Poland.

Compensation: 13,000–16,000 PLN + VAT per month (B2B contract).

Description

You’ll join the product team building Surfer, helping brands become the answer wherever people are actually searching—on Google and inside AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. You’ll work directly with the product leadership and help turn their direction into well-prepared, efficiently executed work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feature and task descriptions, specs, and supporting documentation.
• Track statuses, next steps, and follow-through on agreed decisions.
• Ensure information flows correctly so decisions are communicated and executed as intended.
• Support product discovery and delivery.
• Prepare product, competitive, and market research.
• Gather and organize input from users and internal teams.
• Maintain decision logs.
• Analyze basic product data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including the exec team and developers.
• Drive a clear, transparent communication process.
• Coordinate smaller initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a product company close to how features actually get built (formal “Product Manager” title not required); understanding of the software development process.
• Organized and reliable: gather scattered information, structure it clearly, and deliver on commitments.
• Take feedback well and proactively flag risks/gaps while bringing recommendations.
• Conversational Polish for smooth day-to-day collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Mixpanel, Linear, Notion, Figma, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, search engines, content, or AI.
