How you will get the job done

  • Support technical audits of enterprise websites and portals to ensure crawlability, indexation, and performance.
  • Assist in maintaining SEO/GEO standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
  • Monitor technical issues, assess their impact, and support remediation efforts.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content for search engines and AI crawlers, including management of robots.txt and meta directives.
  • Evaluate technologies such as React and Angular for their impact on search visibility.
  • Implement structured data and optimize sitemaps, navigation, and URL structures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and overall page performance with development teams.
  • Support agile processes, including translating requirements into user stories, coordinating backlogs, and assisting with QA/testing.
  • Analyze log files and crawl data to identify opportunities to improve crawl budget and indexation.

Skills and experience you will need

  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • 4+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally in financial services or insurance.
  • Very good understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with JavaScript-heavy frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or Botify, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • High awareness of security, compliance, and regulatory aspects in technical implementations.
