Senior IT Security Analyst (IT Strategy / Board Responder) | f/m/d

About the role

This role contributes to the effective steering and execution of strategic priorities across the Group Risk & Security Tower. The person will support the preparation of high-quality Board and senior management responses, translate complex cyber security and technology risk topics into clear decision material, and help to ensure alignment between strategy, governance, transformation, and operational delivery.

How you will get the job done

• Drive, coordinate and govern strategic priorities across the Group.
• Orchestrate selected cross-Group cyber security and technology risk priorities.
• Ensure clear ownership, aligned objectives, disciplined governance, and transparent progress reporting towards senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate and prepare Board and C-level responses.
• Act as a trusted coordination point for planned and ad-hoc executive requests, preparing concise, fact-based, decision-ready responses that reflect strategic priorities, risk implications, and required management actions.
• Develop and own C-level storylines and presentations.
• Create executive narratives, presentation storylines, and visual materials that translate complex cyber security, risk, and transformation topics into clear messages, options, and decisions for senior management and Board audiences.
• Support overarching operating model transformation.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Group Risk & Security operating model through governance, process, and capability improvements that increase scalability, transparency, efficiency, and strategic execution across the function.
