Autonomous Practice Design

• Tailor a practice to your strengths and interests, including a balanced mix of adult and general pediatric ENT or a specific subspecialty within the full spectrum of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery.

Practice Breadth

• Engage in the full spectrum of ENT, from bread-and-butter to advanced cases, without rigid constraints.

Flexible Pediatric Opportunities

• Exclusive pediatric ENT is managed through Children’s Hospital of Illinois (CHOI); a strong partnership with CHOI allows meaningful pediatric exposure as part of a mixed practice.

Mentorship & Collegiality

• Full-time clinical base salary range: $485,000–$600,000

The salary range is an estimate and may be affected by position need, experience, qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components, including bonuses or incentives that may be based on metric achievement, may apply.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty or specialties
• Eligible to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
• Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Meets qualifications to participate in professional malpractice and other liability coverage programs
