The Opportunity - Join 2 full-time providers practicing general pediatric orthopedics. - Treat conditions including slipped capital femoral epiphysis, pediatric fractures, benign bone tumors, lower-extremity deformities, clubfeet, early-onset scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis, adolescent scoliosis, hip dysplasia, and congenital deformities. - Receive support from 2 full-time orthopedic technicians, 2 dedicated medical assistants, and 2 pediatric schedulers. - Typical schedule: 2–3 clinic days and availability for 2 OR days per week. - Pediatric orthopedic call only. - Use intraoperative 3D navigation adjuncts, including Ziehm and Arcadis, alongside an established surgical spinal deformity program. Compensation Information - $503,990 annual base salary, with the opportunity to earn additional productivity-based compensation. - Additional compensation may include call pay and leadership stipends. Clinical Support The medical center serves as a regional pediatric specialty center and maintains relationships with regional hospitals and providers as part of its tertiary pediatric-care mission. Pediatric subspecialty support includes surgery, pediatric anesthesiology, neonatology, gastroenterology, neurology, cardiology, infectious disease, endocrinology, genetics, ophthalmology, developmental pediatrics, and child life services. Pediatric hospitalist and intensivist services are available 24/7; orthopedic support includes sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, and orthopedic oncology.
