Job Specifics

Experienced Urologist needed for a practice position in Danville, Illinois.

Ambulatory office located off campus from SHMC, providing a robust inpatient and outpatient opportunity and complementing a busy ambulatory practice.

A full-time physician with general urology surgical skills and a high degree of patient experience will quickly build a high-volume practice.

Physician will consult with a mix of outpatient and inpatient patients, 90%/10%.

Visa sponsorship is available, including J-1 and H-1B options.

Full-time clinical base salary range: $678,000–$714,000.

The range is an estimate and may be affected by the critical need of the position, experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components, such as bonuses or incentives, may apply and may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Urbana, Illinois, is located on the eastern Illinois prairie at the intersection of Interstates 57 and 74, alongside Champaign. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Licensed physician authorized to practice medicine in the current state
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty or specialties
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
• Eligible to participate as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Meets qualifications to participate in professional malpractice and other liability coverage programs
