Product Manager, Command

The Product Management team drives product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions for team productivity and collaboration. The team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as Sales, Support, and Marketing, to ship products. You’ll take part in product strategy, product development, and process improvements—conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on products for millions of teams.

Joining the Warsaw team, you’ll contribute to the product direction for a new product for the agentic software development lifecycle. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll work from first principles to define how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world. You’ll partner closely with Design, Research, and Engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and intuitive for high-performing teams. You’ll validate bets directly with customers—from hypergrowth startups to global enterprises—and turn insights into a focused roadmap and business impact.

This role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

This role is for someone who wants to build a category-defining product from the ground up, rather than optimize an inherited roadmap. You should be comfortable saying “no” often, shipping with strong opinions, maintaining quality at the level of the best modern SaaS tools, and innovating beyond it.

About you

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Background building in environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Systems thinker who can model data relationships in technical diagrams and partner with Design on holistic UX flows.
• Ability to create bold, intuitive work connections within the platform and scope them to solve critical customer problems.
• Ability to create, adapt, and advocate for a roadmap; break down projects into MVPs and subsequent iterations; and ship with high velocity for business impact.
• Ability to analyze customer personas, identify root customer needs, synthesize research, and define problems narrowly.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teammates, write sharp product specifications, discuss technical trade-offs with engineers, and work with Design on complex user flows.
• Ability to mentor others, support team morale, and share Product Management best practices.
