Competitive Intelligence Analyst

Senior • On-site

351,996 - 387,996 PLN/yr

Warsaw, MZ, Poland

The Experience Research team focuses on understanding the dynamics of modern work, the role technology plays, and how teams can thrive in a collaborative environment. The work informs teams across the organization and drives key roadmap decisions.

We’re looking for an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join a dynamic and growing research team. You’ll work with designers, PMs, marketers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver strategic insights that drive meaningful impact. You’ll be hands-on across generative and evaluative research.

Why This Role Matters

You will be the execution engine of the Competitive Product Intelligence (CPI) program, ensuring teardowns, feature matrices, and monitoring digests are continuously running, current, and high quality. This role combines research, automation engineering, and knowledge curation, with AI-augmented workflows that directly shape product strategy.

This role is based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees can work from home on Wednesdays; Friday remote-work availability depends on the type of work.

A Contract of Employment (UoP) is offered for employees in Poland.

What you’ll achieve

  • Operate and maintain the AI monitoring stack: configure alerts, manage changelog trackers, run review-aggregation pipelines, and triage the daily signal stream.
  • Execute rapid, high-quality teardowns on competitor releases, typically 2–3 per month, using AI-assisted workflows and templated formats.
  • Maintain and update the Feature Matrix on a defined cadence, keeping confidence levels, status ratings, and sources current.
  • Produce weekly competitor digests for PM, PMM, and Design leads to support fast, strategic decisions.
  • Build, document, and improve LLM-assisted research workflows, including prompt engineering, pipeline maintenance, and quality evaluation.
  • Support deep teardowns through structured user flows, evidence capture, and analysis drafting.
  • Manage the CPI knowledge base, including taxonomy, tagging, access, and searchability.
  • Translate competitive signals into strategic implications: what changed, why it matters, and what to do about it.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and the work-management category to reveal strategic differentiation beyond feature comparisons.

About you

  • 6–8 years in product research, UX research, competitive intelligence, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and interest in building automated research workflows.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence or market intelligence tooling, such as Crayon, Klue, G2, and SimilarWeb.
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach to analysis.
  • Comfort with knowledge-management tools and information architecture.
  • Ability to connect work across R&D and Marketing to maximize insight value and cohesion.
  • Clear written communication and ability to write concise, useful competitor digests.
  • Ability to identify patterns across competitor activity and surface emerging threats and opportunities.
  • Product intuition to distinguish cosmetic updates from genuine strategic shifts and communicate the distinction to PM and Design partners.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, work management, or productivity software is a plus.

What we’ll offer

  • Generous, transparent, and fair compensation system.
  • Contract of Employment, with an option of 50% tax-deductible costs for author’s-rights usage in applicable roles.
  • Health insurance with dental and travel coverage.
  • Breakfast and lunch catering on office days.
  • Career-growth budget.
  • Home-office setup budget.
  • Gym/Fitness reimbursement.
  • Fertility healthcare and family-forming support.
  • Mental-health support.
  • Group life insurance.
  • MacBooks with necessary accessories.

The estimated base salary range is 29,333–32,333 PLN gross per month under a Contract of Employment (UoP). Actual base salary varies based on factors and qualifications assessed during the interview process; the range is a guideline and may be modified. Total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
