You will join Adapt, a core team within the Platform area that designs foundations making the product more flexible, structured, and extensible. The role focuses on shaping core platform capabilities that allow users and agents to construct custom objects, configurable surfaces, and tailored workflows. You will use craft and systems thinking to address complex challenges and define scalable building blocks.

This role is based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; most employees may work from home on Wednesdays. Friday remote-work availability depends on the type of work. Employment in Poland is under a contract of employment.

What you’ll achieve

  • Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for products and features
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, and build and ship solutions
  • Champion product excellence, elevate experience quality, and contribute to the design system
  • Work across the organization to deliver experiences cohesive with the broader product experience and able to scale
  • Facilitate and model human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation
  • Learn new methods for solving deeply complex problems and delivering customer benefits including flow, efficiency, and engagement
  • Shape intuitive, elegant products with a unified voice

About you

  • Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies; willing to learn and use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
  • 6+ years of product design experience
  • Strong portfolio showing a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design
  • Skilled at driving a human-centered design process, communicating design rationale informed by research and data, and collaborating to ship end-to-end features at scale
  • Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
  • Creative problem-solver who uses divergent and iterative methods to evolve raw ideas into polished designs
  • Openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset
  • Customer-centric approach, including eliciting non-obvious customer needs and synthesizing research to deeply understand and narrowly define problems
