Product Manager, Adapt

Senior • On-site

348,000 - 383,220 PLN/yr

Warsaw, Poland

The Product Management team drives product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. The team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as Sales, Support, and Marketing, to ship products.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team responsible for key elements of the work platform strategy. Over the next two years, a critical strategic priority is to continue building a platform that supports many different types of workflows. You will understand how customers need to structure work to enable their workflows, build features that meet those needs directly, and enable R&D teams to incorporate structure into their features.

You will work with cross-functional partners across go-to-market and internal teams to learn how internal and external customers of all sizes customize their core experience to support workflows, and how this work fits within the customer lifecycle so customers can confidently structure their work at the right time.

This role is suited to a Product Manager with deep customer empathy for mapping messy work to a structured tool, an end-to-end ownership mindset, and a drive for results. The ideal candidate has experience building software with enterprise customers, strong product intuition, and the ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data to understand the customer experience. You will partner with Engineering, Design, User Research, Sales, and the Product Management team.

This role follows an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Working from home is available on Wednesdays; Friday arrangements depend on the work and partner teams.

What you’ll achieve

  • Define and deliver a compelling roadmap so customers have the structure needed to power end-to-end workflows.
  • Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners; continuously invest in the right ways to structure work and shift quickly when an area is no longer leveraged.
  • Take new initiatives from 0 to 1 and scale them as product-market fit is validated.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-create a cohesive end-to-end journey and execute the roadmap with velocity.
  • Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other teams in achieving their goals.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1–2 years in B2B SaaS.
  • Customer-centric approach: spend time directly with customers to understand nuanced challenges and synthesize research to identify and solve problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams; ability to clarify complex concepts and write precise product specifications.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Design, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Systems thinking to create solutions that simplify complex customer use cases.
  • Strategic ability to create intuitive connections within custom field and type features and the platform to address critical customer issues.
  • High-velocity execution through MVPs and iterative stages.
  • Ability to foster team morale and share product-management best practices.
  • Growth mindset, openness to feedback, and curiosity for learning.

What we’ll offer

Our comprehensive compensation package recognizes the impact you have on achieving the mission. Compensation reflects the value you create relative to the market value of the role. Pay is reviewed against market value, with a yearly pay-equity audit.
