Product Manager, Work Intake

The Product Management team drives product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions for team productivity and collaboration. The team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as Sales, Support, and Marketing, to ship products. You will contribute across strategy, product development, and process improvement, conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on products for millions of teams.

This role joins the Work Intake team, enabling teams of humans and agents to bring more work context into Asana and seamlessly execute on it. You will define the path to product-market fit for new work-intake capabilities for internal and external customers, synthesize and prioritize customer and market feedback, set a high-return roadmap, and develop capabilities that internal teams can incorporate into their solutions.

The role requires deep customer empathy for high-complexity team collaboration workflows and end-to-end ownership. You will break work into clear increments, sequence dependencies, use data and AI, and collaborate with technical partners on reliability and performance tradeoffs. You will partner with Engineering, Design, User Research, Sales, and other product managers.

The role follows an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; working from home is generally available on Wednesdays. Friday remote-work availability depends on the work and partner teams.

What you’ll achieve

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap so customers have the structure needed to power end-to-end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners to continuously invest in the highest-leverage work-intake solutions.
• Drive MVP offerings to product-market fit through rigorous prioritization and seamless execution.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-create a cohesive end-to-end journey and execute the roadmap with velocity.
• Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other R&D teams in achieving their goals.

About you

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Customer-centric approach: spend time directly with customers to understand nuanced challenges and synthesize research to identify and solve problems.
• Clear, concise communication and deep cross-functional collaboration; provide product perspective and clarity for complex concepts.
• Systems thinking to create solutions that simplify complex customer use cases.

• Estimated base salary range: 23,660–25,600 PLN gross per month, subject to taxes and deductions. Actual salary varies based on market conditions and qualifications assessed during the interview process.
