The Coordinate team owns workflows at the heart of how organizations run: capturing work wherever it happens and seeing it through to completion. The team is building experiences users depend on today while evolving them for a world where humans and agents execute together.

This role is based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees can work from home on Wednesdays; Friday remote work depends on the type of work. Employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

What you’ll achieve

  • Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for products and features.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, and build and ship solutions.
  • Champion product excellence, elevate the quality bar, and contribute to the design system.
  • Work across the organization to ship cohesive experiences that scale with the broader product experience.
  • Facilitate and role-model human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation across the organization.
  • Learn new methods to solve deeply complex problems and deliver customer benefits including flow, efficiency, and engagement.
  • Help shape an intuitive, elegant product with a unified voice.

About you

  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
  • 5+ years of product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-quality interaction and interface design work.
  • Ability to drive a human-centered design process, communicate design rationale informed by research and data, and collaborate to ship end-to-end features at scale.
  • Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and use of divergent and iterative methods to develop raw ideas into polished designs.
  • Openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
  • Customer-centered approach: elicit non-obvious customer needs and synthesize research to define problems deeply and clearly.

  • Estimated base salary of 24,916–27,479 PLN gross per month, subject to taxes and deductions. Actual salary depends on market factors and qualifications assessed during the interview process.
  • Compensation may also include additional components such as equity and, for most sales roles, sales incentive pay.
