Senior UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and product design research within digital platforms.
• Conduct research for Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, and complex system migration projects.
• Embed research insights directly into fast-paced, agile product development cycles.
• Define research questions, select methods, and prepare study materials.
• Ensure products meet real user needs and improve usability, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Present findings to product teams to guide design and strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in User Research, Usability Testing, or Product Design Research within digital platforms.
• Prior experience conducting research within Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, or complex system migration projects is highly desirable.
• Solid proficiency in qualitative methodologies, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and field studies.
• Solid proficiency in quantitative tools, including surveys, card sorting, and basic product analytics.
• Proven experience embedding research insights directly into fast-paced, agile product development cycles.
• Proven ability to operate independently, taking ownership of research projects from brief to presentation without daily technical supervision.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate research findings and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
• A practical, hands-on mindset focused on driving real product impact rather than purely theoretical research.
