About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research initiatives that drive product decisions and improve user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, delivering actionable insights that shape product strategy and business outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead UX research initiatives that inform and improve the overall user experience across products and services.
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end primary research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to identify research needs and shape product roadmaps.
  • Prioritize and manage a research backlog in a fast-changing environment, aligning research activities with business goals and user outcomes.
  • Communicate research findings through compelling reports and presentations that influence decision-making.
  • Maintain research standards, templates, and UX research best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher conducting end-to-end research, from early design concepts through analysis and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analytics, with the ability to select the right methodology for each research objective.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and behavior-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Glassbox.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate how research informed product decisions and improved digital experiences.
  • Experience working with large, well-known companies or high-profile projects is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Degree in a human behavior-related field such as HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Information Science, or Computer Science.
  • Experience with consumer products, consumer insights, or product development.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
