Description

You will independently lead UX research end-to-end for a transportation-industry project, from defining the research goal through analysis and documentation of findings. The work emphasizes an iterative approach—observing the effects of implemented changes and drawing next-step conclusions. You will present research outcomes to the project team and support product development based on insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare research scenarios and research materials
• Conduct user research with participants
• Analyze and interpret research results
• Document insights and formulate recommendations
• Present findings to project teams
• Support iterative product development based on research results

Requirements

• ~3 years of experience in UX Research
• In-house experience, ideally within longer-term collaboration
• Independence in planning and executing studies
• Experience conducting UX research end-to-end
• Ability to analyze, document, and present research results
• Iterative approach: observe outcomes of implemented changes and extract learnings
