IT 2nd Level Support (PLM)(all genders)

Thinking about expanding your career in the PLM area? Join the Product Structure/Bill of Material Product team as a 2nd Level Support specialist. You will support R&D units with the creation and release of production data and provide support for the American market.

Please note that this role requires a daily start time between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

The internal job title appearing on the contract is PLM Solution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs
• Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1)
• Identify areas for improvement in functionality, performance, automation, user friendliness and solution robustness
• Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks in collaboration with the Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business Analyst
• Maintain documentation, including user manuals and process guides, to empower power users
• Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality
• Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery
• Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities

What You Need to Succeed

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education
• Experience with change management processes, such as CMII or ITIL
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, minimum C1 level
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across R&D and Operations teams
• Independent and accurate work style, strong problem-solving skills, and understanding of complex processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Good knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus

Recruitment Process
