This is a unique opportunity to step into a market with significant unmet demand. The region is currently served by only two urologists, new patient appointments are booked through the end of 2026, and the market can readily support four urologists. The incoming physician will benefit from an established referral network, immediate patient volume, and strong organizational commitment to expanding Urology services. Practice Highlights Only 2 urologists currently serving a large regional market New patient appointments booked through end of 2026 Capacity to support 4 urologists Strong commitment to growing the Urology service line Autonomy to develop subspecialty interests including oncology, stone disease, female urology and robotics Dedicated APP support (3 APPs) Shared call schedule average approximately 10 days per month Surgical & Technology Resources Two Da Vinci Xi robotic systems Dedicated OR access Dedicated cystoscopy suite, table, and X-ray technician Comprehensive procedural mix including robotic surgery, MRI Fusion Biopsies, stone disease management (ESWL, PCNL, ureteroscopy), nephrectomies, laser procedures, UroLift, and endourologic procedures On-site Interventional Radiology State-of-the-art Cancer Center with Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Oncology support Regional Referral Hub Baptist Anderson serves as the primary referral center for an 8-county rural service area encompassing approximately 240,000 people. Many surrounding communities have limited access to specialty care, creating a strong referral base and sustained demand for Urologic services.
