Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest quality patient care.

  • Comply with hospital policies and procedures, financial reviews, utilization review/quality management, compliance and integrity programs, citizenship policies, and Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations.
  • Remain current on academic and applied developments in the field.
  • Maintain personal and professional knowledge and competence through continuing medical education, including applicable board certification.

Compensation and Support

The compensation package totals $525,162 annually and includes a starting bonus and relocation support.

Job Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO).
  • Current and unrestricted physician license to practice in the applicable state.
  • Successful completion of a residency and/or fellowship commensurate with the specialty area.
  • Obtain and maintain unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty through a board acceptable to the hospital.
  • Obtain medical staff privileges within the health system at the sponsoring institution.
