Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Urologist Physician, you will join a growing urology practice and play a pivotal role in its success and development.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney, and bladder health.

The successful candidate will be a BC/BE Urologist Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.

• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support
• State-of-the-art urology equipment, including a full cystoscopy suite and in-office urodynamics
• Dedicated surgical and diagnostic staff
• Manageable 1:3 call at 2 hospitals
• Da Vinci Xi and DV5 available
• In-house referral system and large primary care referral base
• Epic EMR
• No state income tax

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. The offer includes 30 days off for sick leave, PTO, and CME, plus a comprehensive benefits package with 401k match.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active or eligible Texas license, or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship
• American Board Certification and active BLS
