Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Urology Physician, you will join a growing practice located next to a new smart facility. This role offers professional growth within a supportive environment, backed by a strong referral network and a dedicated clinical and surgical team.

Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney, and bladder health.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate physician with expertise in diagnosing and managing complex urology patients, strong communication abilities, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to thrive in a supportive clinic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered urologic care and support expansion of the state-of-the-art urology program.
  • Provide appropriate, compassionate, state-of-the-art surgical and medical care.
  • Participate in a weekly schedule of outpatient clinics, outpatient procedures, and operative cases.
  • Share on-call responsibilities at Georgia and Chattanooga locations through equitable rotation with peers.
  • Support new approaches, best-practice standards, and continual improvement for patients and team members.
  • Utilize Epic EMR.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology from the American Board of Urology (ABU).
  • AHA BLS Certification.
  • Ability to obtain an active medical license and DEA in Georgia and/or Tennessee.

Preferred

  • da Vinci robotic surgical experience.

Pay Range

$401,315 - $700,396 per year
