Responsibilities

  • Integral member of monthly revenue recognition and margin analysis.
  • Produce weekly operational reporting and analysis including headcount, projects, activity ratios, and cash reporting.
  • Create monthly financial analysis reports including revenue, P&L analysis, intercompany activity, cash flow, accounts receivable, and WIP.
  • Support quarterly financial reporting for group consolidation purposes.
  • Build ad hoc analysis and communication for strategic operations and finance initiatives.
  • Review financial results against plan, forecast, and prior year.
  • Maintain data integrity across ERP and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, G&A, recruiting, and executive teams.
  • Manage annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting processes.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models and tools.
  • Publish monthly Power BI dashboards.
  • Support executive-level reporting across multiple business units and international counterparts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Oracle NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

Salary range: $86,000-$110,000. Actual salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
