As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end mobile experience for our panelists, as well as partner closely with the hardware and software teams that support our devices. You will work closely with Engineering, Panel Operations, Analytics, and Leadership teams to deliver reliable, scalable measurement solutions while balancing cost, performance, speed to market, and data quality.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Own the panelist mobile experience from installation and onboarding through ongoing passive measurement.
  • Partner with technical leadership to define and execute the roadmap for devices, firmware, mobile applications, and OTA updates.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics including installation rates, device reliability, app engagement, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate hardware and software release planning, ensuring dependencies are identified early and delivery remains aligned.
  • Manage product backlogs, priorities, and agile processes while helping teams remove obstacles and maintain momentum.
  • Create clear product requirements that translate panelist needs and business objectives into actionable engineering work.

MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of product management experience building consumer mobile products with a focus on onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms, permissions frameworks, and passive data collection methodologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile applications, firmware, connected devices, and backend services.
  • Experience defining success metrics and using data to measure product outcomes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex cross functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
