As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will join the Analytics Product team and be responsible for the Analytics suite, including Data Services, Analytics Studio, Report Center, and Data Transporter. The role focuses on defining strategy and execution for tools and services that leverage conversational data to provide actionable customer and internal insights.

Position Overview

You will lead the development and execution of Analytics capabilities, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver scalable and reliable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the end-to-end Analytics platform.
  • Define, review, and prioritize features for the Analytic Studio/Builder and Report Center.
  • Manage the product roadmap for Data Services and Data Transporter.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable ingestion and preparation of petabyte-scale conversational data streams.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate AI/ML-driven insights into analytics products.
  • Define and track KPIs and data quality metrics for data pipelines and analytic tools.
  • Translate complex data requirements into clear technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management with SaaS analytics and reporting products.
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing, BI tools, reporting systems, high-scale data processing, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on analytics and reporting needs.
  • Passion for solving complex data and reporting challenges.

Product Coverage Scope

  • Report Center & Analytic Studio/Builder: Tools for creating, visualizing, and sharing reports and dashboards.
  • Data Transporter & Data Services: ETL infrastructure and pipelines for conversational data.
  • Conversational Intelligence Analytics: AI/ML-powered insights such as sentiment analysis, topic clustering, and intent detection.

Salary

  • Salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 USD.
