Description

Provide care for a mix of acute illness/injury and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, men’s and women’s health issues, mental health concerns, and skin concerns. The practice supports optional office-based procedures and may offer addiction medicine services depending on your preference. Tele-health consultations are available through the practice’s tele-health platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care assessments and ongoing management
• Treat common acute and chronic conditions across adult age ranges (18–85)
• Perform optional office procedures based on provider interest and credentialing
• Participate in tele-health consultations if desired

Requirements

• Unrestricted Colorado medical license
• DEA License

Additional Information

Salary range: $300K for full time (36 patient contact hours/week).
