Description

Clinic is hiring full-time family medicine or internal medicine physicians for an outpatient primary care practice. You’ll see a broad range of adult patients (18–85) for acute issues and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, women’s/men’s health, mental health concerns, and skin concerns. Providers may optionally offer additional in-office procedures and, for some, addiction medicine services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for acute illness/injury and chronic disease management
• Evaluate and treat patients across common primary care conditions
• Optionally deliver office-based procedures (depending on provider preference)
• Optionally provide addiction medicine services (some services may be supported via affiliates)
• Provide care through face-to-face visits and, if desired, telehealth

Requirements

• Unrestricted Colorado license
• DEA license
