• Full-time family medicine or internal medicine physician
• 4–5 patient days per week; mostly ages 18–85
• Minimal on-call; no obstetrical or hospital care

Description

Provide comprehensive primary care for acute illness/injury and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, men’s and women’s health, mental health concerns, and skin concerns. You may optionally offer a range of office-based procedures (e.g., skin care procedures, joint injections, PRP, naltrexone implants, Nexplanon/Implanon, Botox/Kybella/Vivitrol, BioTe/IV therapy, and other procedures by choice). Telehealth consultations are available through a Colorado platform.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for acute and chronic conditions
• Manage chronic disease and ongoing primary care
• Deliver selected office procedures based on provider preference
• Optionally provide addiction medicine services through internal/affiliate resources
• Provide care via face-to-face visits and telehealth (if chosen)

Requirements

• Unrestricted Colorado license
• DEA license
