Description

Provide outpatient primary care to a broad patient mix, including acute illness/injury and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol, plus men’s and women’s health, mental health concerns, and skin issues.

The role allows flexibility in your clinical scope, including optional office-based procedures (e.g., joint injections, Botox/Kybella, implants, and other common procedures) and potential addiction medicine services. Telehealth consultations in Colorado are also available through the clinic’s platform.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Colorado medical license
• DEA License

Salary
