Description

Provide outpatient primary care to patients ages ~16 to 85, managing both acute issues (illness/injury) and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, men’s and women’s health, mental health concerns, and skin concerns. The role includes minimal on-call requirements and no obstetrical or hospital care, and uses AthenaHealth electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate and treat a broad mix of acute and chronic conditions
• Document and manage care in AthenaHealth
• Optionally provide in-office procedures (provider chooses what to offer), such as skin care procedures, trigger point and steroid joint injections, hyaluronic acid joint injections, platelet rich plasma injections, naltrexone implants, hormone/Nexplanon-type implants, and Botox/Kybella/Vivitrol injections
• Optionally support addiction medicine services (including via affiliates)
• Optionally provide telehealth services for Colorado patients
