Description

You will plan and implement communication for key company topics on corporate social networks, proposing engaging post formats based on content and target audiences across both individual posts and campaigns. You’ll create multi-format posts (copy, graphics, photos, and videos), collaborate with a media agency, and evaluate social performance through regular reporting and recommendations. You’ll also support broader marketing communication activities beyond social media and proactively bring new topic ideas by monitoring trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute communication for key topics on corporate social media
• Propose suitable post formats for given content and target audiences (single posts and campaigns)
• Independently create posts in different formats: write copy, prepare graphic assets, capture photos or videos, and support basic edits
• Collaborate with a media agency and evaluate campaign and activity performance on social media
• Prepare regular social media activity reports and provide recommendations
• Proactively find and propose topics, monitor social media communication trends, and coordinate with colleagues
• Support additional marketing communication activities to expand scope beyond social media

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media in a larger company or agency
• Good knowledge of social networks and content creation for them
• Ability to write social media copy independently (AI tools allowed)
• Ability to capture photos/videos (e.g., at events) and handle basic edits: photo adjustments, video cuts, working with captions or audio
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, careful and detail-focused work, and adherence to deadlines
• English language knowledge at B2 level
• Interest in trends, desire to learn, and team-oriented approach
