Description

You will build content concepts and social media plans aligned with client goals and target audience behavior, then monitor performance to ensure measurable results.

You will collaborate directly with clients on content ideas, oversee production from first concept to publication, and occasionally create quick mobile-format videos when trends or opportunities arise.

You’ll work with a cross-functional team and a balanced portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

• Create content concepts and strategies based on client goals and audience behavior
• Develop content plans and track performance using platform metrics and an understanding of algorithms
• Present, defend, and refine content ideas with clients (account team covers project management)
• Oversee content production from concept to publication; produce mobile videos when needed
• Coordinate with designers and photographers and align direction with senior specialists
• Use AI tools to speed up workflow and research

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and delivering successful social media brand projects
• Experience communicating with clients and presenting ideas confidently
• Ability to understand the business context: customer, market, and how the client makes money
• Strong interest in social media trends, new formats, and platform changes
• Ability to create fast mobile content end-to-end (concept, shooting, and editing) and comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Independent working style, priority management, and reliable task delivery
