Description

You will create and take ownership of video content for social media, including promo materials, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and fight-week content. The role requires planning and developing stories around fighters, shooting in the field, and editing videos from rough cuts to final exports for short-form platforms. You’ll also analyze social content trends and help maintain consistent quality, visual cohesion, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce social media video content and ensure promo quality for fighters

• Film promotional materials, behind-the-scenes, interviews, and fight week coverage (training, weigh-ins, media day, gala event)

• Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from rough cut to final export

• Prepare materials for graphics and collaborate with graphics/editing team members on larger deliverables

• Edit graphics and create simple visuals

• Publish content on social media

• Develop and extend stories for fighters

• Analyze social media content and bring relevant trends

• Ensure output quality, consistency, and deadline compliance

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience creating social media content

• Solid camera basics: manual exposure (aperture, shutter speed, ISO), focusing, composition, and working with light

• Experience recording sound, especially with lavalier and directional microphones for interviews

• Ability to shoot on location and react quickly (run & gun, gimbal; filming in both portrait and landscape)

• Advanced CapCut editing; ideally also Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

• Basic color correction plus audio editing and subtitle work

• Strong instinct for pacing and hooks in the first seconds

• Basic graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Canva)

• Advantage: experience with sports marketing and orientation in combat sports

• Awareness of current trends and what drives audiences

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Motivation to learn, improve, and push work forward

• Communicative English

• Showreel/CV demonstrating how you think and work with visuals/video
