Description

You’ll own the brand’s social media from idea to publication: creating content that stops the scroll and supports sales.

You will lead your team, manage the community in a human way, and collaborate with influencer and performance teams so content works both organically and in advertising.

You’ll also analyze results, prepare content for events and major campaigns, and provide regular reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) end-to-end—from concept through publishing

• Create engaging content: Reels, Stories, TikToks, recipes, tastings

• Film and photograph on-site using available products and tastings

• Handle community engagement: comments, messages, and questions

• Collaborate with an influencer manager and the performance team to support both organic and paid results

• Direct two junior colleagues and an internal graphic designer

• Track key metrics and determine what worked (and what to do differently next)

• Prepare content for events, clearance sales, and major campaigns

• Work with external contributors’ content for the e-shop team

• Provide reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing brand social media (ideally in e-commerce)

• Strong short-form video skills: shoot, edit, and create hooks; strong understanding of TikTok and Reels trends

• Natural Czech copywriting with good humor

• Ability to lead and work within a small team

• Comfort with on-site filming and product tastings

• Knowledge of fitness and nutrition or willingness to learn quickly

• Motivation to create distinctive content—not “just another brand on the feed”
