Description

Lead product strategy and execution for a core banking product area, shaping payment experiences, account services, platform reliability, and customer security. Own the roadmap across deposit accounts, money movement, cards, and banking infrastructure, improving end-to-end flows from account opening to ACH, wires, transfers, bill pay, and card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for deposits, money movement, cards, and banking infrastructure

• Improve account opening, funding, deposits, ACH, wires, transfers, bill pay, and card transaction experiences

• Partner with Engineering on the ledger, payment rails, and card systems

• Run cohort-based discovery using customer research and usage data

• Write product specifications, define success metrics, and ship reliable, secure features with Engineering and Design

• Incorporate risk, fraud, security, and regulatory needs in partnership with Risk, Compliance, and Legal

• Manage product relationships and integrations with banking partners and third-party vendors

• Track activation, engagement, retention, multi-product adoption, and reliability metrics

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of product management experience appropriate for a senior role

• Strong non-card payments and money movement experience (ACH, wire transfers, or RTP)

• Practical understanding of payment rails and ACH return reasons; card payments experience alone is not sufficient

• Banking product experience, including familiarity with backend systems and collaboration with backend engineers

• Experience working with agentic tooling
