Description

Lead and execute the product strategy aligned with business objectives. Define and communicate the long-term product vision and roadmap, manage business processes and technology solutions within your product area, and coordinate multiple teams and Product Owners. Drive opportunities, process improvements, and transformation initiatives while monitoring product performance and ensuring consistency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy in alignment with business objectives

• Manage a portfolio of business processes and technology solutions

• Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap

• Identify business opportunities, process improvements, and transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into product initiatives

• Coordinate multiple teams for product development and maintenance

• Manage Product Owners for product components/workstreams

• Prioritize initiatives and make roadmap decisions

• Monitor product performance and achievement of business objectives

• Ensure architectural, process, and organizational consistency

• Promote a product-oriented culture and support transition to product-led operating model

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar strategic role

• Proven track record building and developing digital products or business/technology domains

• Strong experience in defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and managing business priorities

• Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholder groups

• Strong leadership skills, including managing Product Owners or workstream leads

• Excellent understanding of business processes and how they translate into technology solutions

• Experience in organizations transitioning from project-based to product-led operating model (advantage)

• Retail or e-commerce industry experience (advantage)

• Knowledge of SAP environments and SAP-supported processes such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Retail, or Logistics (strong advantage)
