Description

Own and drive the vision and long-term strategy for a Payments product area that enables reliable monetization across the customer journey. You will cover the complete money collection lifecycle: checkout start, payment success and flows, subscription lifecycle, billing logic, renewal, and failed payment recovery. Use analytics and user journey insights to improve conversion, reduce friction and fraud, recover failed payments, and define KPIs tied to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision and strategy into a clear roadmap and measurable goals

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics teams

• Analyze Payments performance using metrics and identify improvement areas

• Deep dive into user journeys and behavioral patterns

• Drive Payments as a growth lever: reduce friction, improve conversion, reduce fraud

• Define KPIs and frameworks for checkout conversion, failed payment rate, recovered revenue, and success rate

• Monitor competitors, market, and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with a track record of shipping successful products at scale

• Generalist mindset balancing strategic thinking and tactical execution

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on use of product analytics tools

• Passion for understanding user needs and solving real problems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
