Description

Own and develop product strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Lead product discovery, validate ideas, and use AI tools to analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights. Prototype solutions (including AI-powered and agentic concepts), collaborate with Engineering and Design, and measure outcomes with defined success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop product strategy
• Lead product discovery and opportunity identification
• Analyze customer feedback and product/market insights using AI tools
• Build prototypes using AI tools (e.g., Claude), Figma, and no-code platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define problems and deliver solutions
• Define success metrics and measure product outcomes
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered and agentic features
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Ensure AI-powered features meet quality, trust, and reliability standards
