Description

You will join product teams building the next generation of digital solutions for business customers in a bank’s strategic digital transformation program. The role covers the full product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to delivery, optimization, and performance monitoring—while defining product vision, roadmap, and a prioritized backlog. Two specialization tracks are available: Daily Banking (payments, accounts, liquidity, cards, ERP/TMS integrations) or a new digital platform for corporate/commercial banking (onboarding, user permissions, corporate financing/credits, platform services, and migration).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → optimization)

• Define product vision, long-term strategy, roadmap, and translate them into an ordered backlog

• Design intuitive customer journeys with UX/UI, analysts, and architects

• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, sprint review) with a dedicated cross-functional development team

• Manage architectural and integration dependencies (transaction systems, core banking, APIs)

• Work data-driven: business cases, monitor KPIs, adoption, and conversion

• Manage stakeholders across business, IT, security, operations, and architecture; ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (including AML and payments regulations)

Requirements (Must Have)

• 8+ years of commercial experience in developing digital products; multi-year practice as Product Owner or Product Manager

• Banking sector experience (required): work directly in a bank or for a vendor building systems for banking; fintech-only experience without bank projects does not meet the criteria

• Practical domain knowledge aligned to the chosen track: payments/accounts/liquidity/cards/file & ERP/TMS integrations OR corporate onboarding/permissions/credit services/platform services/migration

• Understanding of the product’s technological side, especially API integration and collaboration with Enterprise and Core Banking systems

• Experience building secure, stable products compliant with financial regulations

• Business maturity, high decision-making, and resilience in complex matrix organizations

• English proficiency (minimum B2)

• Availability for B2B collaboration with ASAP start; maximum notice period 30 days

Nice to Have

• Experience in corporate/commercial banking (plus points for retail banking)

• ERP/TMS integrations for e-banking and automated data exchange channels

• Experience delivering features on both web and mobile apps concurrently

• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research

• Experience working in a consulting/service model for external clients
