Description

Join a banking team focused on advancing digital business banking. As a Senior Product Owner, you will improve remote/digital channels and business customer experiences by leading discovery and delivery, translating customer needs into product directions, and shaping a value-driven roadmap with measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and delivery for business products available through electronic channels

• Identify customer problems and needs and translate them into product development directions

• Analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends

• Formulate and test product hypotheses

• Co-create and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business goals

• Define KPIs and monitor product results

• Represent the customer perspective across the product lifecycle

• Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing digital products as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role

• Experience in banking, fintech, or delivering complex products for the financial sector

• Practical product knowledge in payments, liquidity management, cards, etc.

• Ability to independently manage product processes from discovery through implementation

• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Ability to manage stakeholders and align priorities

• Practical understanding of API integration topics

• Knowledge of regulations related to payments and security of digital products
