Description

Join the team building and scaling an enterprise-grade AI platform for regulated and mission-critical environments. The platform runs as SaaS and in on-premises setups, including deployments without internet access. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, own architecture decisions, and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and coordinate engineering work within the squad
• Convert platform requirements into technical plans and sprint commitments
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure implementation quality, security, and reliability
• Identify technical and delivery risks and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and architecture stakeholders
• Support delivery across SaaS, on-premises, and disconnected environments
• Mentor senior engineers and maintain technical ownership of delivered solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience including technical leadership
• Strong background in software architecture and system design (backend/full-stack preferred)
• Experience with Python, Go, or Java (Python preferred)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with cloud and on-premises architectures
• Practical knowledge of security, reliability, and observability
• Experience integrating LLM or AI capabilities into software products
• Proven track record leading senior engineers and delivering complex initiatives end to end
• Strong ownership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Good command of English
