Description

You will design the architecture and build a platform from the first version through production rollout. You will develop with AI-assisted tools and be accountable for the quality of the resulting code. You will also select technologies, integrate with surrounding systems, and later take responsibility for IT and automation across the group.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture and build the platform from first version to production
• Develop using AI tools and ensure code quality
• Decide on technologies and integrate the platform with other systems
• Gradually build and staff a small team of developers
• After go-live, lead IT and automation across the group

Requirements

• Several years of experience in web application or SaaS development
• Experience leading a small team
• Strong backend, database, API, and integration skills
• Product experience: delivered at least one product into production and owned it
• Ability to use AI tools effectively, knowing where they are reliable
• Mobile development experience is a plus
• Real estate/building technology knowledge not required
