Description

Lead and grow a Warsaw-based engineering team building the platform customers use for quoting and purchasing. You’ll own hiring, delivery, and code quality, set technical direction, and remain hands-on with code. You’ll collaborate directly with founders, the SF team, and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of about 10 engineers
• Set technical direction for a SaaS product deployed internationally
• Own engineering delivery and code quality
• Write code while providing technical leadership
• Partner with founders, SF team, and customers

Requirements

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience
• 5+ years leading engineering teams of around 10 people (ideally in Poland)
• Built and run internationally deployed SaaS
• Work at the frontier of AI coding and push your team in that direction
• Fluent English
• Comfortable working for early-stage founders
• Comfortable with an in-person role in Warsaw
