Description

Join a CCM project as a technical leader integrating Python, GenAI concepts, and cloud technologies. You’ll translate business requirements into strong technical decisions, lead technical discussions and design sessions, and mentor the team. The role is positioned at the intersection of traditional software engineering and GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Make and justify technical and architectural decisions

• Define development standards and best practices

• Collaborate with developers on design and implementation

• Identify technical risks and propose ways to minimize them

• Ensure solution quality, security, performance, and maintainability

• Lead technical discussions and design sessions

• Provide mentoring and support team development

• Collaborate with architects, product/business stakeholders, and other technical teams

• Support the team in resolving complex technical problems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with Python

• At least 6 months of leadership experience in a Technical Lead role

• Basic knowledge of enterprise Java microservices (e.g., Spring Boot)

• Experience designing solutions with scalability, performance, security, and maintainability in mind

• RDBMS experience (e.g., Oracle/PostgreSQL), including schema design, performance tuning, and transactional integrity

• Strong unit and integration testing knowledge: JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, API/contract testing

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab, Sonar, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning)

• Good knowledge of integration patterns: REST, messaging/eventing, API design, versioning strategies

• Ability to make pragmatic technical trade-offs under time pressure

• Mentoring experience: support developers, run technical discussions, share knowledge

• Practical experience with a public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure); ready to ramp up quickly in Azure

• Practical knowledge of GenAI concepts and engineering tools: LLMs, RAG, agent patterns, and awareness of governance and associated controls
