Description

Lead end-to-end projects—from discovery and scoping to launch—for mobile and web solutions in the connected-device space. Serve as the single point of contact for US-based clients while coordinating a cross-functional team to deliver product outcomes. Run Scrum ceremonies and manage project health, timelines, budgets, and backlog, using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for US-based clients (communicator/diplomat, and negotiator when needed)

• Manage web and mobile projects end to end: discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch

• Lead cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and other PMs)

• Run Scrum ceremonies; plan sprints; manage backlog, timelines, budgets, and project health

• Co-create product vision with clients (features, MVP strategy, value delivery)

• Lead staffing and resource planning with other chapters

• Improve ways of working inside your squad and across the company

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management

• Hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from scratch to release

• Previous experience working in a software house environment

• Comfort with hardware-meets-software trade-offs (firmware delays, OTA, certifications)

• Solid Agile foundations, especially Scrum

• Ability to step into a Scrum Master or Product Owner role when needed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• English at C1+ (written and spoken)

• Creativity, strong communication, and genuine interest in tech

• Alignment with values: openness, ownership, and always learning

Nice to have

• Experience in IoT, wearables, or connected-device projects

• Experience working with US-based clients and their delivery expectations
