Description

Lead and develop the IT infrastructure function. Translate business requirements into concrete technology actions while ensuring the reliability, safety, and uninterrupted operation of infrastructure supporting payment services. Manage the infrastructure IT team, operations, vendors, and process improvements, including compliance with regulatory and security standards such as DORA, NIS2, and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the IT infrastructure team; set goals, priorities, and support employee growth
• Create and execute an infrastructure development strategy aligned with business needs
• Ensure availability, stability, security, and continuity of infrastructure services
• Oversee IT operations and collaborate with technology vendors and partners
• Plan the infrastructure budget, control costs, and initiate optimization
• Lead modernization and infrastructure development projects
• Improve operational processes, standards, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards (DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Coordinate with technology, security, and business teams
• Monitor service quality, identify risks, and report results to senior management

Requirements

• Experience leading IT teams and managing IT infrastructure
• Ability to develop employees, build engagement, and deliver team objectives
• Experience with budget management, vendors, and infrastructure projects
• Understanding of modern IT environments, including cloud, network, and hybrid solutions
• Ability to design and improve operational processes and manage change
• Effective collaboration with business stakeholders and senior management
• Independent decision-making, priority setting, and strong execution
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational responsibility
